I started using Sarah and Jane at SJS Admin when I was "in between" administrators as they were recommended to me by one of my peers.
I can honestly say they have been an absolute "Godsend".
First of all, they were very approachable and personable from the outset, we literally built up a rapport straight away, this I feel, is extremely important when working remotely.
Secondly, they didn't require any one to one training at all. They simply watched all of the webinar videos which have been produced to demonstrate how to use the Revolution POS and back office system which we use in house. They already knew their way round the lenders systems so no help required on that front. All they needed was a couple of pointers on process and they hit the ground running.
They know their stuff, they have an in depth mortgage knowledge and answer questions before you even knew you needed an answer.
I am very process driven and I like everything "just so". Sarah and Jane followed the process to the letter and with speed and ease. The feedback I got from my clients on them, without having to ask was all extremely positive and echoed my experience of their work.
My relationship with Sarah and Jane hasn't ended. I have now appointed a full time administrator as that meets the needs of my growing brokerage. However, I will use SJS Admin to cover holidays, sickness and where I need extra support due to business volumes and growth.
